Two members from the Solidarity for Peace And Reunification of Korea participate in a role play critical of the excessive expansion of South Korea’s Defense Security Command (DSC) in front of the Government Complex in Gwacheon City, located in Gyeonggi Province.

The man looking through a large binocular telescope suggests the DSC is keeping surveillance on civilian activities and wears a sign with various phrases, such as: “surveillance violates human rights,” “DSC wants more seats for senior military officials,” “inefficiency.”

The woman beside him tries to cut bad things out of the DSC.
