Civic activists protest troop dispatch to Afghanistan Nov. 18, SEOUL, South Korea -- A group of some 30 civic activists hold a rally in downtown Seoul on Nov. 18 to call for the United States to stop the war in Afghanistan and the Seoul government to withdraw its decision to send troops to the war-torn country.
